What are your lead times?

Lead times vary based on your location and current stock levels. We typically, we have your order ready to ship or for pick-up within 1-3 weeks. We strive to keep your project on track by promptly informing you of any out-of-stock items and offering alternative solutions as needed.

What materials do you use?

Our cabinets are crafted with high-quality materials. We use HDF (High-Density Fiberboard) or solid birchwood for the doors. The face frames are made from solid birchwood, and the cabinet boxes are constructed with 5/8" thick AA-grade plywood.

How do you assemble your cabinets?

Our cabinets are assembled using traditional wood joinery methods, including sliding dovetail and dado joinery, with metal brackets added for extra support.

What are your shipping options?

We offer LTL third-party shipping across Canada, and clients are welcome to arrange their own shipping if they prefer. Additionally, we provide the option to pick up assembled or unassembled cabinets at our Calgary and Vaughan locations.

How do I get a free design?

After your account is set up, you'll receive a link to our online design request form. There, you can provide details about your project and upload any sketches or floor plans. Our expert designers will then create a detailed floor plan, elevations, 3D renders, and a quote for your project. Our complimentary design service includes one revision.

How do I show my clients your door options?

We offer sample doors that you can show to your clients. These samples are available for purchase, allowing you to present the quality, style, and finish of our cabinets, helping your clients make informed decisions.

Are there any printed or digital marketing materials available?

Canada Kitchens offers printed style guides to help you market to your clients. We also provide digital catalogs, along with digital assets such as logos, images, and icons for your website.

Are the cabinets assembled?

Our cabinets are packaged in flat boxes, perfect for shipping. We also offer assembled cabinets for pick-up exclusively from our Vaughan, Ontario, and Calgary, Alberta warehouses. Assembly costs vary based on the size of the order.
