Sketch and Measure
Sketch the kitchen or bathroom space and record measurements of the walls, windows and door openings or any structures or items to remain in the space.
Create a design or request a design from Canada Kitchens
Create a design and list of materials required for the project. If you would like to request a design from Canada Kitchens you can send your sketch with pictures of the existing layout to one of our experienced designers. You will receive a a detailed floor plan, elevations and 3D renderings to present to your client.
Present your design and estimate to your client and revise if needed until finalized.
Order Cabinets
Log into your dealer portal and create and submit the order for the project. Your dealer discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery and Installation
Cabinets and materials will be delivered to your store location or drop off depot near your location if a suitable dock is not available.

How do I become a Canada Kitchens dealer?
To become a dealer you will need to provide us with some information about you and your business. You can give us that information via our dealer application. It can take up to 72hrs for your application to be processed.
What kind of discounts does Canada Kitchens offer?
Discount information is confirmed with each applicant once the application has been approved by Canada Kitchens. Discounts are based on various factors related to your business. Example; Do you have a kitchen showroom? Are you installing a Canada Kitchens display in your showroom?
Does Canada Kitchens offer assembly services?
Canada Kitchens does offer assembly services. These services are available at an additional cost and are for pick up orders only. Orders must be requested as assembly order before the order is finalized and processed.
What is your turn around time?
Our turnaround for all flat box orders is 1-2 weeks. This does not include delivery time or back ordered items. Lead times for assembly orders will vary.
Do you offer design services?
We offer design services to all our dealers. This service includes floor plans, elevations, renderings, a quotation with an itemized list of product and 1 free revision.
Is stock available?
We have over 100,000 sq. ft worth of warehouse space to between our two warehouses located in Calgary and Ontario where we maintain stock. Due to unforeseen circumstances like shipping delays, there may be times where certain items are backordered.

How can I get samples?
Like with our other products, you can purchase samples online through our dealer portal or through your wholesale representative.
How do I purchase cabinets?
Once your request to become a dealer has been approved, you will be given access to our online dealer portal which allows you to view our products and pricing and make purchases online. You will also have the option to speak to one of our wholesale representatives to assist you.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and to the US by request only.
Does Canada Kitchens offer delivery?
Canada Kitchens does not offer white glove service for delivery. We provide the option to ship with a third party freight company. Canada Kitchens is not directly affiliated with the delivery services offered. Delivery items are subject to some delivery restrictions. All orders are "curbside" delivery. This service does not include set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials. Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal. The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment. Your item will be delivered on a lift gate truck. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please take photos and note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt. A signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt. Shipping charges cover one delivery attempt. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges for failure of delivery due to customer’s circumstances.

Canada Kitchens has two warehouses in Canada. Calgary, Alberta and Vaughan, Ontario ready to ship across Canada. We have 2 showrooms, one in Calgary and in Ontario. Edmonton & Ottawa showrooms coming soon! Please visit our contact page for more information.
What is Canada Kitchens return policy?
Canada Kitchens may accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by Canada Kitchens prior to shipment. Qualifying returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and the credit will be made available as in-store credit only. For more information please see our Terms & Conditions or contact us.
