Wholesale Terms & Conditions

In order to ensure a successful relationship with Canada Kitchens, we ask you to review the following outline of our policy as part of your account. Please read the following carefully. Thank you in advance for your assistance and cooperation with this effort.

Please note that Canada Kitchens reserves the right to change our terms & conditions at any time.

Dealers are responsible for ensuring all measurements, materials, quantities, and final quotations are accurate to fit their own projects. All orders through a dealer’s account will be assumed as self-installation. Canada Kitchens does not offer/provide installation to projects ordered through a dealers account.

  • All products are subject to availability and all pricing is subject to change without notice.
  • Actual wood stains or paint colours may vary from what you see electronically and in product materials. In addition, the natural characteristics of wood lend themselves to colour variations. This is also true when finishes are applied.
  • · Product information, availability, prices and/or specifications are subject to change without notice.
  • Natural wood may vary in texture, colour and wood grain and exhibit subtle changes as they age. For example: Wood joints may eventually have visible cracking around the joint area and cabinet colours may darken or lighten over time. Sunlight, smoke, moisture, household cleaners and other environmental conditions may cause materials to vary from their original colour and/or to warp, split or crack. These variations are not covered under this warranty.
  • Canada Kitchens offers free design assistance on your kitchen projects with every order.
  • One of our design team members will assist you in creating layouts and renderings.
  • Dealers are responsible for providing measurements and ensuring all final designs and final quotes/orders are accurate. Canada Kitchens is not responsible for any discrepancies.
  • 100% of payment is required before processing your order.
  • Forms of payment accepted: E-transfer, MasterCard, Visa, Debit, Cash, Certified Cheque or Bank Draft.

Orders canceled after payment has been received, but before they are pulled and scheduled will receive a credit for the amount of the item(s) canceled for future purchases. If an order is canceled after it has been pulled and scheduled, a credit in the amount of the item(s) canceled will be issued for future purchases minus a a 25% restocking fee.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days from pick-up or delivery.
  • All items must be returned in original, unopened packaging
  • A 25% re-stocking fee is applied to any returned item that is made and qualifies.
  • · Any returned product deemed unsellable will not receive a credit.
  • Canada Kitchens is not responsible for return shipments costs.
  • All returns must be approved by Canada Kitchens prior to return shipment.
  • Once Items have been returned, please allow 5-10 business days for the items to be inspected and for your credit to be confirmed.
  • Assembled products are final sale.

  • · Please inspect your entire order before submitting a claim.
  • Include all damaged or missing items on one claim so we can process your order in a timely manner.
  • Ck will cover one (1) shipping fee per order. Additional claims submitted for the same order, will incur additional shipping charges.
  • Please include photos of each item listed in your claim and reference each item code in the photos provided. Without this information your claim will not be accepted.
  • When submitting your claim, we ask that you are as detailed as possible and you fill out all the information on the form to avoid delays in processing.
  • Missing items must be claimed within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Please note that if your claim has been approved, Canada Kitchens will try our best to have replacements available in a timely manner.
  • Expedited shipping services are not available for replacements/parts. Claims can take up to 7 business days or longer.
  • Canada Kitchens cannot be held responsible for any labour costs accrued during the installation of any of its products sold via any of its channels of distribution. This includes, but is not limited to items that may be flawed or have become damaged during transit.
  • Damaged materials that have been cut, modified, assembled, installed, or drilled for hardware will not be approved for replacement.
  • IMPORTANT: All skid damages or product shortages must be reported on the POD (proof of delivery) – just the word “damage” written next to the name of the person who is receiving the goods. (Please ensure to take a photo for proof along with photos of the skid upon delivery). Without this information, your claim will not be approved.
  • If the word damage is not recorded on the POD, please contact us within 24 hours.
  • Canada Kitchens will cover one (1) shipping fee per claim order. Additional claims submitted for the same order, will incur additional shipping charges.
  • When submitting your claim, we ask that you are as detailed as possible and you fill out all the information on the form to avoid delays in processing.

  • All freight orders are packaged in individual boxes placed on a pallet(s) and shrink wrapped.
  • Shipping charges must be paid for when your order is placed and will be calculated according to location. You will receive a tracking number from our customer service team once the order has been picked up by the freight company.
  • All destinations must be tractor trailer accessible. For residential deliveries, the freight company will contact you 24 hours in advance to schedule the delivery (usually a 3-4 hour window). A lift gate for residential deliveries is available upon request for most locations. The driver is only responsible for placing the pallet on the ground for residential deliveries with lift gate services.
  • Address classifications are based on city zoning, so it is possible to have a commercial property in a residential area. In this case the delivery would be residential.
  • A responsible party must inspect upon delivery. If items are visibly missing or damaged, please inform the driver to make a note on the proof of delivery/ bill of lading. (Please see the shipping/skid claim section for steps)
  • Shipping charges cover one delivery attempt only. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping and handling charges that may arise.

Assembly is available for pick up orders only. Assembled cabinets are not palletized and third party freight companies are not recommended for pick up. Assembly orders are to be specified before orders are finalized. Additional fees will apply for assembled cabinets. Please contact our Canada Kitchens team for pricing on assembly. Assembled cabinets are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Customers will receive an email from our customer service team as soon as we have a pick up date.
  • Lead times will vary depending on colour selection and stock location.
  • Please bring a copy of your order when you pick up.
  • During your pick up, please ensure all items are present and loaded onto your vehicle.
  • You will be required to sign off on all materials confirming you have received your full order. Canada Kitchens is not responsible for any missing items once they have been signed for.
  • To make changes to a confirmed booking, please notify us 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Canada Kitchens will offer a grace period of 5 business days to pick up and re-schedule the order. If the order is not picked up within the 5 business days, a storage fee of $100 per day will apply.
  • Same day flat box pick up cancellations or no-show orders, will incur a storage fee of $100 per day until the next available pick up date provided by Canada Kitchens.

    *Please Note: We do not service pick-ups between the hours of 1:00PM to 2:00PM EST/MNT or 30 minutes before closing.
